Michelle comes to the University of Arkansas from Northwest Technical Institute (Springdale, AR), where she served as the Executive Assistant to the President. Prior to that, Michelle worked at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro for 9 years. During her time at ASU, she worked in Childhood Services as a Project Specialist for the Traveling Arkansas' Professional Pathways (TAPP) Registry. She has served on numerous committees for the Division of Child Care and Early Childhood Education. She also served as Secretary of The National Registry Alliance (a national organization). Currently, Michelle is the Database Manager for the Early Care and Education Projects. Her duties include managing multi-tiered, interlinked, secure databases. She also researches, collects, analyzes, and reports data to the staff of ECEP.
