UPDATES to all Minimum Licensing Requirements guides

The Department of Human Services, Division of Child Care and Early Childhood Education, has made changes to the Minimum Licensing Requirements for Child Care Centers, Licensed Child Care Family Homes, Out-of-School Time Facilities, and Registered Child Care Family Homes, to comply with legislation during the last two sessions and to clarify specific requirements.

  • These changes will go in effect on April 1, 2019
  • Links to the updated Minimum Licensing Requirements for each regulation book are provided below
  • The new changes in each regulation book are highlighted in yellow
