Online Training

All ECEP trainings are free for Arkansas early childhood educators to enroll in and receive non-college credit. Our trainings provide certifications, continuing education units (CEUs), and other industry-recognized credentials.

As a participant, you earn credit for each completed lesson in the Arkansas Professional Development Registry (PDR). Even though it’s not required you take every training lesson, we encourage you to do so. This will better help you understand the full scope of the presented material.

Description	An ECEP trainer teaches these online trainings in real-time in Blackboard, and are designed to mimic a face-to-face class. Register now to sign-up and view upcoming trainings. Enroll in a self-paced online training and complete it at your own speed. Each self-paced online training is 8 hours and delivered through a system called CollaborNation. What you'll need	You must have the necessary skills to operate your device of choice, whether it's a desktop or laptop computer, tablet, or smartphone. Our online classes may need you to perform any of the below tasks. Understand the basic usage of your device (such as turning it on/off and opening/closing/logging in/logging off from programs) Operate external hardware to your device (such as speakers or a webcam) Perform simple functions on your device (such as creating, naming, opening, and saving folders) Switch between different programs Minimally format documents Use a Web browser (such as Google Chrome or Firefox) for searching the Internet Operate a personal email program (such as Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo, or AOL)

The Arkansas Department of Education approves all trainings provided by Early Care and Education Projects for professional development credit. However, the awarding of professional development credit based on attendance at this workshop is solely at the discretion of the local school district.
